General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all business relations between MOBIANG and its clients for advisory and consulting services, digital content, and physical goods (books).

The portfolio of MOBIANG encompasses professional services, digital media, and physical products:

• Services: Consulting and advisory services, market studies, business travel arrangements, events, and intercultural training courses.
• Physical Products: Published books and printed works.
• Digital Content: Electronic documents, publications, and digital resources.

Sales Region: Our advisory services and products are offered on an international basis (worldwide).

Services

Inquiries for consulting, market studies, business trips, events, or courses can be submitted by email or telephone. Following an initial consultation to assess your specific requirements, MOBIANG will prepare a tailored proposal. The contract is concluded upon express acceptance (in writing or electronically by email) of the offer by the client.

Books

Books are sold online through partner distribution platforms (such as Lulu or Amazon). Contract conclusion, order placement, and delivery are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective platform.

No Registration Required

User account registration or paid subscriptions are not required on this website.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for invoices and services:

• Bank Transfer (Wire)
• PayPal
• Credit Card

Payment Terms & Deadlines

• Services: The full invoice amount is payable within 7 days of invoice issuance without deduction. In exceptional cases, installment payments may be agreed upon by prior written arrangement with the client.
• Books: Payment is due immediately upon order placement via the corresponding sales platform (Lulu or Amazon).

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Statutory value added tax applies in accordance with applicable tax regulations:

• 19% on advisory and consulting services
• 7% on books

• Services: Project schedules, milestones, and delivery periods for consulting services, studies, trips, or courses are customized and agreed upon individually with the client.
• Books: Physical shipment of books and access to digital formats are subject to the shipping and distribution conditions of the respective third-party platforms (Lulu and Amazon).

For bespoke consulting services and customized business contracts, no right of withdrawal is provided to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (particularly in B2B transactions, for custom-tailored assignments, or where performance has commenced with the client's prior express consent).

For book orders placed through third-party platforms (Lulu, Amazon), the return and cancellation policies of the respective platform apply.

Liability for content, recommendations, and advisory services is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MOBIANG delivers advisory and strategic services with professional diligence and based on current knowledge. However, specific commercial, economic, or financial success cannot be guaranteed. Mandatory legal liabilities (including liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or damages caused by gross negligence or willful intent) remain unaffected.

MOBIANG values open, constructive dialogue and cooperation with all clients. In the event of disagreements or disputes, mediation is offered for amicable, out-of-court conflict resolution in order to achieve a fair and practical solution for both parties before initiating legal proceedings.

• Applicable Law: The contractual relationship shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
• Place of Jurisdiction / Competent Court: To the extent legally permissible (especially for commercial entities, merchants, and public-law legal persons), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
